Terms and Conditions of Trading

1. All requests for work to be undertaken by independent contractors or corporations (hereafter also referred to as ‘Contractors’) will be provided in the form of a formal Purchase Order. Until a purchase order has been provided, no work undertaken will be treated as having been authorized and any invoices received for such will not be accepted. 
2. A Purchase Order will be issued after the extent of the services to be rendered has been agreed and after the price for doing such has been accepted writing (such usually being agreed by email). This correspondence will be annexed to the purchase order where the detail is too extensive to appear on the document. 
3. For complete clarity, all work must be quoted for, and the quotation accepted by way of a purchase order before any paid work can commence.
4. The purchase order will give details of the pre-agreed delivery schedule and payment terms.
5. The work must be completed and signed off with a Certificate of Satisfaction before invoice(s) will be accepted save in the event of the work being completed in stages, where interim invoices and payments have been agreed and recorded on the Purchase Order.  
6. In the event that payment is requested or made by check, such may not be banked until the due date stated on the Purchase Order.
7. No invoices will be accepted for any work which has not been officially requested and quoted for in the manner described in these standard Terms and Conditions. 
8. These Terms and Conditions are precedent to any work being carried out on behalf of the company and cannot be superseded or replaced by any Terms or Conditions for the provision of services specified by the Contractor.  
9. The terms and conditions hereby laid out are not negotiable and may not be varied without the specific written consent of the Company.
